Life is a constant change. It may sound like a cliché, but it is true. Change pushes us forward. Like when the first fish crawled onto land.
When the primaeval man roasted his meat over the flames. When the Wright brothers took off the ground. When Alexander Fleming discovered penicillin. When Rosa Parks refused to sit in the seats reserved for the “coloured”. When Steve Jobs introduced the first iPhone.
Change. Evolution. Revolution.
Being just passive participants, observing, going with the flow – that’s not enough for us. We want to be the change-makers, the catalysts of evolution, the instigators of revolution. We’re entering the game at a point when a lot of good has already been done – and yet we can still see so many opportunities.
Opportunities to improve communication. To change attitudes. To fight prejudice and make life better. We have promised ourselves that this would be our way, our goal. We will change things and keep on growing. For what grows, it never dies.
Thanks to change, we live.
